Interest Free Credit

Can I pay by Interest Free Credit?

Vale Furnishers offer Interest Free Credit to help you manage the payment of your order. We are able to offer two options: 6 Months' Interest Free Credit or 10 Months' Interest Free Credit. Both options require a deposit.


How are the payments scheduled for Interest Free Credit?

6 Months (under £1000) – 1/6 deposit and the balance is split over 5 monthly payments, with the payments starting a month after DELIVERY.
10 Months (over £1000) – 1/10 deposit and the balance is split over 9 monthly payments, with the payments starting a month after ORDER.


How much do I have to spend to qualify for Interest Free Credit?

There is a minimum qualifying order total of £399 for our Interest Free Credit options, subject to approval. Only available in-store.

Delivery

When can you deliver my order?

We run delivery teams 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you personally as soon as your goods arrive with us to arrange a day for delivery at your convenience.

Can I choose my delivery time?

We can offer AM or PM and even work around the school run. We don't have set days to deliver to specific areas so we will do our best to schedule your delivery on your preferred day. If you need a more specific time for when our delivery team will be at your front door, then please call us on 01252 325525 the day before your delivery is due and we will be able to narrow it down to a two hour slot that we have allocated you.


How much does delivery cost?

We offer a free delivery service for all orders over £299 within 50 miles of our Ash Vale showroom. We are happy to consider delivering further afield to most areas but this may incur a delivery charge; this may also increase the delivery time as we will need to coordinate your delivery with other orders in your direction. Please discuss your delivery requirements with us at the time of order.


Do you outsource deliveries?

Our delivery teams are all employed directly by Vale Furnishers which means you can rest assured that you will receive the best possible service when your purchases are delivered to you. Some specialist ranges will be delivered direct by our suppliers. For long distance deliveries, we may outsource to a trusted courier in order for you to receive your purchases promptly. This will be discussed with you before dispatch.

 


Access

I am travelling by car. Can I park at Vale Furnishers?

We offer free customer parking on-site and have ample space for several vehicles. From Wharf Road, take the turning between Vale Furnishers and Budgens, and the entrance to our car park is on the right.

Can I reach Vale Furnishers by rail?

Show Answer
Our store can be reached from a choice of local rail stations. Ash is 0.8 miles, Ash Vale is 1.1 miles and North Camp is 1.6 miles from our store. If you will have difficulty reaching us once you arrive at any of these stations, please contact us on 01252 325525 and we will be happy to try and arrange transport for you from these destinations to the store.


Do you have a lift?

We have two lifts in-store; the main lift operates between the ground floor and the second floor, and there is a further lift from the second floor to take you to the top floor. There is a central staircase between all floors and an additional staircase where we also have a selection of artwork for you to view.


Do you have facilities for disabled customers?

As well as the lift, we are able to offer wheelchair-friendly access to the store from our car park and a disabled toilet. We also have our own wheelchairs on-site which you are welcome to use if you would prefer not to bring your own.

 


Opening

What are your opening hours?

We are open seven days a week, all year round, including bank holidays. Our opening hours are:
Monday - Saturday 09:00 to 18:00
Sunday 11:00 to 17:00

Do you close during holidays?

We are open every day on the calendar, including bank holidays, with the following exceptions: Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

 


Store

Can I buy the accessories on display in-store?

The majority of the accessories you see all around our store are available for you to buy. If you cannot see a price tag on an item, please ask a member of our Sales team and they will be happy to advise.

I've seen your website. Will the items I am interested in be available to view in-store?

Show Answer
Our website is a great tool for being able to show you complete ranges of furniture, offering more space than even our 36,000sq ft of shop floor. We display a selection of pieces from most ranges on our shop floor, which will help you to visualise the style of the pieces which are only featured online. If you are travelling to view a specific item featured on our website, please feel free to call us before you visit on 01252 325525 to check availability.


Do you offer any refreshments?

We offer fresh tea and coffee and you are welcome to enjoy a refreshing beverage at any time during your visit. We can also offer orange juice and water.
