We have always liked Vale Furnishers and make them our first choice when looking for new furniture.
We recently bought a Stressless recliner in a particular colour as my personal chair, that Vale obt [read more]ained for us from the supplier. The process kept to good time as promised.
We loved it so much that we decided to get two more that were on special offer from stock in a different colour to replace an old sofa. Delivery from stock was amazingly quick!
In both cases Vale took away our old chairs and sofa for a modest fee. (Where old furniture is in good order, Vale donate it to the Philis Tuckwell Hospice.)

I recently returned to Vale Furnishing to purchase a 3-seater sofa that would exactly match our 2-seater, which we bought from them 2 years ago. The staff were incredibly accommodating - nothing was t [read more]oo much trouble, and they were very happy to help us find the perfect match.
The delivery service was outstanding. The sofa arrived exactly on time, and despite our house being located down a very narrow lane, the two delivery guys handled everything with professionalism and skill. They were absolutely amazing and made what could have been a difficult delivery look effortless.
Overall, another excellent experience with Vale Furnishing. Their customer service and attention to detail is why we keep coming back.
