Purchased a large carpet for our extended lounge. Dan helped us select the right carpet from their huge range. He also came out to test the floor to ensure it was dry enough for fitting and arranged t [read more]he carpet fitting. The fitters were also excellent. We are a happy customer, and we will be buying more from Vale Furnishings.

Rani who I dealt with in store was most helpful and didn't rush me into buying anything. My sofas were actually due to arrive in January 2025, but I received an email and telephone call saying they ha [read more]ve arrived in their warehouse in December 2024. I was therefore able to have my sofas before Christmas for which I was delighted. The service I received from the delivery schedule lady was brilliant and she managed to get my delivery on my day off. The 2 delivery men that arrived with the sofa were very thorough and extremely pleasant and helpful. Would buy again from Vale Furnishers.

I am so pleased with the Snug Lifestyle Suite - Flanelle & Charcoal that I ordered from Vale Furnishers. I'd had my eye on it for ages but it was always a little out of my price range and I was a bit [read more]sceptical when I saw it advertised by Vale at its amazing price. However, Harvey was always on hand to answer my questions and I made my order. I've got to say the customer service from ordering, to paying and delivery was second to none. Each department were so friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks Vale Furnishers.
