A beautiful big store with very good quality furniture. We received excellent service from start to finish from Trina and Barbara. We even received a follow up call a few days after delivery to ensure [read more] we were happy. Very pleased with our purchase. We visited on recommendation from a friend and will certainly use Vale’s in the future.

We recently purchased patio furniture from Vale Furnishers and have been extremely impressed with both the quality of the products and the outstanding customer service.
A special mention must go to C [read more]hris Cleary, who was exceptional throughout the entire experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while guiding us around the extensive showroom. With such a large range of furniture to choose from, Chris took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered helpful advice without any pressure.
The excellent service continued after our purchase. When we experienced a minor issue with our patio furniture, Chris immediately arranged for a member of the team to visit our home. The problem was resolved quickly and effectively, demonstrating a level of aftercare that is becoming increasingly rare.
We genuinely cannot praise Vale Furnishers enough. Their customer service has been first-class from start to finish, and the range of furniture available is fantastic. We are also looking forward to receiving our bar stools and are confident they will be just as pleased with them as we have been with everything else.
Exceptional service, excellent aftercare, and a huge selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended for any furniture item. The showroom is great, very well stocked and full of inspiration. All of the staff we came across were so helpful, listening to what we were looking for and [read more]showing us a variety of options across different price ranges. Carmen looked after us superbly from start to finish, showing us all the options, through to placing the order and keeping us updated afterwards. Delivery was very smooth, efficient and within the given timeframe. Product quality great. We are very happy with our tables. Thank you.
