Very pleased with our purchase of a 3 piece suite. The sales staff were excellent. We dealt mainly with Trina, who was very helpful and attentive without in any way being pushy. We never felt pressuri [read more]sed to buy but got all the help that we needed. I would highly recommend Vale Furnishers for all your furnishing needs. My only negative comment is that they don't take credit cards, only debit cards.

We recently purchased a riser recliner chair and bed from Vale Furnishers and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Amanda who advised us on products in the showroom was fantastic, knowled [read more]geable and kind - we did not at any point feel pressured into purchase. Communication was excellent between ordering and final delivery and the actually delivery team again were outstanding. First time buying from Vale and will most definitely use again, highly recommended.

I’ve purchased most of my furniture from Vale Furnishers. The pieces that they buy and sell on are unique, timeless, well made and of high quality. The sales staff are attentive and helpful whilst th [read more]e delivery men are superb. They quickly resolve any issues as they arise and are very reliable. I hope they continue to trade for many years to come. I highly recommend.
