The Vale store is like an Aladin's Cave. My order was 2 Stressless recliner chairs, and a Tempur mattress. I tried the display chairs and chose the design I wanted. The mattress was a bit more difficu [read more]lt, picking the right tension, but we got there in the end. To assist me in choosing the right products was Trina. She was very knowledgeable about the products, she was also very polite, helpful and patient. Trina always kept me in the loop regarding delivery, which was a smooth operation for both items. I will certainly be going back to Vale for more items in the future.

Always good experience, furniture range vast and varied. The only criticism I have is there is no facility for payment by credit card and therefore excludes some customers who do not have access to re [read more]ady cash. Whilst I understand their reasons for this policy it still seems a little out of step with our modern world.

I finally talked my husband into treating himself to a Stressless Mayfair Office Chair. We chose the colour and leather type for the chair and had to wait six weeks for manufacture and delivery. It wa [read more]s delivered on time and definitely worth the wait, my husband is now sitting very comfortably :). Thanks Vale Furnishers.
