Rani who I dealt with in store was most helpful and didn't rush me into buying anything. My sofas were actually due to arrive in January 2025, but I received an email and telephone call saying they ha [read more]ve arrived in their warehouse in December 2024. I was therefore able to have my sofas before Christmas for which I was delighted. The service I received from the delivery schedule lady was brilliant and she managed to get my delivery on my day off. The 2 delivery men that arrived with the sofa were very thorough and extremely pleasant and helpful. Would buy again from Vale Furnishers.

The shop staff are second to none. Fantastic service and very friendly.
The men that delivered our armchairs, were exceptionally careful and knowledgeable about how the chairs were put together.

Super customer service. The sofas were available for delivery earlier than the 8-10 weeks expected, and were delivered very punctually on the date/slot arranged. Top quality sofas. Would highly recom [read more]mend Vale Furnishers!
