We had great service from start to finish. Harvey was very knowledgeable and helpful. The dining table and chairs we bought came within the delivery timeline and we are thrilled with them.
We had org [read more]anised for a charity to take our old table and chairs away, but they let us down the day before the new ones were to be delivered, Vale Furnishers came to our rescue and took the old ones away. The delivery guys were amazing and made sure we were perfectly satisfied before they left.
We’ve already placed another order and can’t wait for that to be delivered. Well done, so difficult to find good service these days

We recently bought a reclining sofa from Vale furnishers and whole heartedly recommend them. After visiting a number of local showrooms from the big retailers, Vale were a breath of fresh air. They ha [read more]ve friendly knowledgable staff and a massive range of furniture. They kept us informed on the delivery up to and including on the day. The delivery team were courteous and professional. They removed our old sofa, installed the new one and showed us how to use the controls. They ensured we were perfectly happy before leaving.
