The showroom was clean and well laid out, the staff asked politely what I was looking for, I was then directed to those areas. I choose a divan bed, it’s been delivered and put together by the team, w [read more]ho I might add removed their boots every time they came into my property, also they didn’t look at their mobile phones and tidied up after them, can’t ask for more. The bed is very well made, I’m now waiting for my sofa. Excellent service throughout.

We purchased 2 recliner sofas and an armchair in January. The store has so much choice and at no point are you hassled by sales people. You are left to wander around at your own pace. Once you are e [read more]ngaged with a staff member, they are so helpful. Clare was very patient with us when it came to choosing fabric, offering informed suggestions. They were happy to delay the order when we had doubts on our fabric choice and we came back in store a couple of days later to reassure ourselves!
The furniture was delivered much earlier than anticipated by 2 very considerate guys who set everything up and checked it was working. All packaging was taken away.
It's worth noting that Vale Furnishers do not take credit cards.

We have received great service from Vale Furnishing on two occasions. On the first we purchased a ceramic table that had an issue with mismatched top sections. Vale Furnishing came and inspected and [read more] got everything resolved without any further intervention from us. On the second occasion Trina came out to help with selection of chairs to match the table. Trina's input was crucial in coming to a conclusion on chair design and fabric selection. The purchase and delivery process was very straightforward. Vale clearly care about customer satisfaction and are now our "go to" store. They just need to install a coffee shop at their store!
