We purchased 2 recliner sofas and an armchair in January. The store has so much choice and at no point are you hassled by sales people. You are left to wander around at your own pace. Once you are e [read more]ngaged with a staff member, they are so helpful. Clare was very patient with us when it came to choosing fabric, offering informed suggestions. They were happy to delay the order when we had doubts on our fabric choice and we came back in store a couple of days later to reassure ourselves!
The furniture was delivered much earlier than anticipated by 2 very considerate guys who set everything up and checked it was working. All packaging was taken away.
It's worth noting that Vale Furnishers do not take credit cards.

We do not usually write reviews, but I felt the staff at Vale Furniture have gone "above and beyond."
Unfortunately, we had a problem with some lounge furniture we purchased, and Vale "stepped in" an [read more]d secured a full refund - without us really having to get involved. This was an issue with the actual manufacture/quality of the item, and something that Vale Furnishers were not responsible for in any way.
The subsequent purchase process of our replacement/new furniture was made a pleasurable and easy event, in what could have been a very stressful situation.
Everybody in the store was friendly and extremely helpful.
We cannot recommend them and Vale Furnishers highly enough.
A special mention must go to Gemma, Jo and Russell, from the after sales team and also Harvey, Charles and Trina from the sales team "on the floor."
Excellent customer service, so thank you everyone!!

We bought new GPlan sofas and also a ceramic table and eight chairs for our new kitchen extension. John McCloughlin helped us with our choices and kindly dropped off fabric books to our house. The who [read more]le process was stress-free and all the staff with whom we had contact were helpful and polite. We thoroughly recommend Vale Furnishers Ltd.
