Buying substantial pieces of furniture is always daunting - however have been recommended Vale Furnishers as a good option, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to browse around their lovely store in [read more] Ash Vale. Staff members are super attentive and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. A huge thank you to Mark Dugdale who went over and above to ensure that I purchased exactly what I wanted. In this case it was a Stressless chair and happily there was no hard sell involved. With the expert technical help of Angela and Mark’s input I am now the proud owner of a comfy Stressless chair. It’s very rare to be able to purchase furniture and also receive great after sales service too! I am now looking forward to the arrival of 2 Micah sofas which were purchased after a great deal of time was spent with Mark attending to detail on sizing and colour scheme. I truly felt like I had my own personal interior designer. Thank you.

As always, the staff at Vale Furnishers were helpful and knowledgeable. We are completely happy with our new mattress and will be back soon to look at their range of sofas.
