We are frequent visitors to this terrific furniture store, and on this occasion it was the usual great experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped in we were welcomed warmly by John - who g [read more]ave us space to browse but was on hand if we had any questions.
We think what sets this store apart is the knowledge of the sales team (like John) and the informal friendliness by which they conduct business. On this occasion, John, was able to point us to the perfect piece of furniture to suit the decor and dimensions of our room.
I would also say the store itself deserves praise for its well-chosen selection of furniture from traditional to contemporary, showcasing a variety of styles to suit different tastes. The quality of the furniture is evident, and the range is extensive, offering something for everyone.
In an era where customer service often takes a back seat, this furniture store stands out as a shining example of how the retail experience should be. If you're in search of not only top-notch furniture but also a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, I highly recommend paying a visit.

A delightful place in which to browse, with a wonderful range of sofas to view and try! Like other reviewers, we hadn't seriously decided to buy on the day we went there, but the choice on offer combi [read more]ned with the helpfulness of the friendly staff made us feel that there was no point in looking elsewhere.
Pre-delivery, when we had a query and spoke to the admin staff, they were delightfully helpful, too! And now that the sofa has been delivered (again, a pleasant experience with experienced installers who arrived when they said they would) we are very happy indeed that we bought our sofa from Vale Furnishers.

Mark Dugdale was so helpful and went the extra mile to assist us with our recent purchase of a dining room table. We had only seen it online and Mark contacted the manufacturer in Italy to get all th [read more]e information and then we bought it “blind” as there were no actual samples. The table arrived last Saturday and we are so happy with it!! We also bought a drinks trolley and a media unit from Mark who at all times has remained professional and super helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Vale Furnishers.
