HND Stone-Topped Fixed Dining Tables

If you're looking for a kitchen table to match your quartz, granite or marble worktop, HND is worth considering. Their fixed dining tables can be ordered in a broad selection of stone finishes, including many of the same named materials used by kitchen manufacturers.

Matching your existing kitchen worktop

If you know your worktop's manufacturer and colour name, we can explore whether HND offers the same named material or a close alternative. Granite, marble and manufactured quartz give you different colours and patterns to work with.

It's important to remember that the same stone name doesn't always mean an exact match. Natural granite and marble vary in grain and veining, while manufactured quartz can differ between suppliers and batches. Comparing samples is worthwhile, particularly when the table will sit close to your kitchen units.

Getting the table size and shape right

HND's choice of dimensions is particularly useful for smaller kitchens. A round or square table may suit a compact breakfast area, while a rectangular design can make better use of a longer space.

Think about how many people will regularly use the table, whether chairs can be pulled out comfortably and how the table base affects legroom. The right proportions matter just as much as finding the right stone.

Choosing a surface for everyday use

Granite and manufactured quartz can be practical choices for kitchen tables, while marble generally needs more care to avoid staining or marking from acidic spills. The precise care requirements will depend on the material and finish you choose.

If you'd like to match an existing worktop, bring its name, colour reference or a sample to Vale Furnishers. We can help you investigate HND's available materials and find a table size suitable for your kitchen.
