Founded in 2003, Jacaranda was inspired by a unique handmade carpet discovered in India. Impressed by its quality and value, Richard Meager, Founder and joint managing director, placed the first order and named the company after the beautiful purple trees that lined the streets of New Delhi.

Committed to sustainability, Jacaranda has joined the UN Race to Zero Campaign and pledged to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2040. They are actively working to reduce their emissions year on year and have implemented concrete plans to achieve their goals.

By using sustainable fibres like renewable wool and botanic TENCEL™ Jacaranda creates carpets and rugs that are both beautiful and eco-friendly.
