Remember that a guest bed needs more room when the second bed is pulled out.

Before buying, consider the position of wardrobes, drawers, bedside furniture, radiators and doors, and make sure there's enough usable floor space for the bed to open properly.

It's a simple point, but one that's much easier to solve before the bed arrives.
