Staff were very helpful in our purchase. when the goods were delivered, which was on time, the guys assembled a table, and showed us how to do any adjustments that may be needed in the future.
Vale [read more]Furnitures returned to deliver our sideboard, the sideboard had a longer delivery time to the table and chairs.

We have purchased a number of items of furniture and also carpets over the years from Vale Furnishers and our recent purchase of a ceramic dining table and 2 leather barstools are perfect. Service wa [read more]s good at the store, most attentive and offer suggestions. The 2 guys that delivered the items were very helpful, clean tidy and courteous. I have recommended the store to a few friends and they have found the same service given. Also love the choice of products in the showroom.

Last year I ordered two Stressless armchairs and a Hypnos bed. The service is impeccable, from viewing, ordering and delivery. Alan Partridge is a polite salesman , very knowledgeable and not at all p [read more]ushy. The delivery chaps, ( I have forgotten their names) are also very caring about your property and the items they are delivering. Again, very polite and helpful.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my furniture and thoroughly recommend Vale furnishers.
