Best furniture shop by far they cannot be more helpful we bought a mattress and tried out numerous ones this isn’t our 1st purchase and it certainly will not be our last. Well done Vale Furnishers.

I bought an electric arm chair which can rise to help getting up plus several other features which assist elderly/disabled people, Ordered as I wanted a.fabric as near to my suite as possible and delivered in less than the 2 months quoted. After a week, the 1 most important feature I needed (getting up) stopped working. Phoned Vale Furniture about 9.15 am & they came in about 20 mins & got it working. 2 hours later, same fault & phoned again & they were here by about 3.30, and got it working again; 6pm stopped again. Phoned 9am next day & without hesitation they said would lend me the showroom chair & collect mine for manufacturer to deal. Delivered by noon and mine taken away, Delivered back today (just over 2 weeks), and working fine to date. I cannot speak highly enough of the way Vale F have dealt with this matter which was outside their control. Over the years, have bought a number of items and always received excellent service from them.

Returning customers at Vale Furnishers… just love this business! Range & quality are awesome, the very welcoming team who make their living at the store are memorable & want to be there! We ordered our second Harrison mattress with the bonkers but real Amanda! She was refreshingly patient… made us feel at home and we left feeling our purchase was in good hands. Delivery was very recent…Friday 7th Aug, both delivery colleagues were sooo respectful, helpful & friendly! All in all a great experience.. thanks very much Amanda & Vale Furnishers Ash Vale! The usual excellent, friendly service from Charles and Trina. We took forever making a decision, sitting around testing sofas and generally getting in the way, but they were happy to leave us to it until we were happy. Delivery was a lot sooner than expected, and as smooth and trouble free as I've come to expect from Vale Furnishers team. Lovely comfortable G Plan unit. I can't ever imagine us going anywhere else for furniture and carpets!!

From the moment we arrived at the very impressive Ash Vale showrooms to look for recliner chairs, we couldn't fault the help and information we received from the very knowledgeable and helpful staff. With the help of a really friendly and patient lady called Rani who showed us a huge selection of chairs, we decided on the Hamlin leather swivel recliner chairs, which we are delighted with. The whole experience from the showrooms to the delivery drivers Kevin and Keith, we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. We would highly recommend Vale Furnishers.

Comfortable, airy showroom with all the stock well laid out and easy to view. The staff were there to assist if we needed anything, but were happy to let us browse. Charles was really helpful when we were making our choice of sofa and two chairs and talked us through the options of fabric etc, without being pushy. It was great to have somebody come to the house to ensure that the furniture would fit through our doorways etc. The delivery itself was seamless. We would thoroughly recommend Vale.

We went to Vale Furnishers looking for a specific sized two seater recliner. I did say to Steve that it was a bit of a challenge. Luckily he accepted and we spent sometime looking for said item. I can only praise him for his professionalism and knowledge and eventually we did find exactly the item we required amongst there vast choice. I would definitely recommend them. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you so much Steve for your time and patience.

Purchased two sofas to replace existing. Rani could not have been more helpful, understanding our needs and guiding us to suitable sofas, ensuring that all possibilities were explored and being very patient while we decided on configuration, options and fabric. Delivery was 2-3 weeks earlier than indicated, and the delivery staff were pleasant and took great case to not damage anything when negotiating the house to final delivery location and explaining the controls. Top quality items from Vale; we have bought many items from them over the last 10-15 years and always been satisfied with the style and quality of the items and delivery to our house.

We are delighted with our Stressless reclining chairs. When we visited Vale Furniture store,we only had a vague idea of what we wanted, but Steve was quick to realise our needs and on our two visits was very helpful and never pushy. We were given updates on when they would be ready and delivered and the whole experience was easy. Now in situ, the chairs lighten the room and have been admired by the family, not just for their looks but also their comfort. Thank you Steve and all the team.

I have bought various furniture here since 1988, when we moved to the area. There is a huge selection of items from contemporary to fairly traditional. I like to wander around looking at the options, however, there is always of member of staff ready to help and make suggestions. We have just last week taken delivery of some grey leather sofas and armc, we are delighted they look perfect in our new house. As ever, brilliant staff, including the delivery men who was able to help with my glass J table that had got jammed and wouldn’t rise, as it should. The after sales service is an important factor, when buying new furniture, they’re always my store of choice.

We purchased 2 sofa's from Vale through a fantastic sales team. They were delivered by their great (and funny) delivery team a few weeks later. Unfortunately, 1 of the cushion's seemed much softer than the other's. A simple phone call resulted in a new cushion resolving the issue. After another few weeks a squeak developed on 1 of the sofas, Again, a simple phone call resulted in a visit by Vales own technician, who resolved the problem within 30 minutes. It's very satisfying when problems occur that the after sales service is as impeccable as the initial sales service. Would absolutely recommend Vale, a first class company, all round. Superb.

The moment I saw the Fama range of sofas and swivel chairs at Vale Furnishers, I was blown away by the range of colours and designs available. Having fallen for the Bauhaus design for the swivel chairs, the rest of the design followed. The colour palette that the chairs offered was bold and Harvey was brilliant, getting hold of swatches for the sofas and chairs and working with me on carpet options. We also found a perfect rug to complete the transformation. Once the living room space was available, Vale Furnishings arranged for the carpet and rug to be fitted in the morning and the furniture delivered in the afternoon (thank you also to Dan and his team) I absolutely love the finished design. Would definitely recommend Vale Furnishers.

We found far more choice at Vale Furnisher's anywhere else for quite a wide radius. Their products are high quality respected brands. We've always found staff to be helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and they don't put you under any pressure to buy. Unlike other places we've been where you feel that the staff are competing with each other for sales Vale Furnishers is much more relaxed. Our new sofa was delivered exactly when they said it would. Vale furnishers arranged to pick up of our old sofa with the local hospice charity shop getting first shout, the delivery of the new sofa went without a hitch. On delivery, the furniture removers were very careful and the new sofa arrived very well protected. We've bought quite a bit of furniture from Vale Furnishers over the years and they are always now our first port of call when we need something. We are delighted with our new sofa. Wow!! Just spent an Amazing morning yesterday walking around Vale Furnishers with my wife and Rani our sales adviser. As soon as we walked into the shop we were met with a smile and a warm welcome. After a sort conversation and a very welcome cup of coffee we started to look for a new sofa. Rani walked around with us and her knowledge of all items in the shop was amazing telling us the background of every item that caught our eye including the background of the companies that make the items be it sofa's or dinning room tables. She helped us to narrow our search to the perfect sofa for our requirements. We loved the fact that everything is delt with in house, this includes delivery service and customers service, but if the product is anything like the service we received in the shop customers service will not be needed! They also take away your old sofa for a very reasonable cost. Not only that the old sofa's get offered to charity and the cost of removal gets donated to charity as well. What a great Idea, It would be great if more companies thought like this. Overall what a wonderful experience and we will be back, we have seen lot's or items to furnish our new home. Thank you Rani, Thank you Vale Furnishers. Five stars.
