Chris was just the business!! His product knowledge was second to none, super helpful and absolutely no pressure. Always a pleasure at Ash Vale Furnishers from Chris and the rest of the team. A special thanks to the delivery guys, who on arrival, asked if we had escapologists in our house, we have two very inquisitive cats, so it was good to know they were looking out for them.

The customer service was excellent, helped us choose just the right bed, mattress and headboard to suit us. The delivery went without a hitch. The bed look beautiful now it is all in place.

Well we needed a new bed and considered Vale amongst a small number of suppliers. However the professionalism of their sales advisor Rani Ghai resulted in our going no further. It was not our first experience of Vale Furnishers and on this occasion they came up trumps with delivery to our tight timescales. We had regular updates from Barbara Beesley and the delivery team were very good too. All in all, quality product and great service from across the team.

Exceptional customer service from Vale Furnishers. Rani was so kind and accommodating. And special thanks to Aaron and Andrew for the delivery - they were incredibly professional, cheerful and considerate. Update to review: Just had a delightful call from Rani, who served us in store, to check that all was well with our delivery. A follow-up call like this is yet another reason why Vale Furnishers have such an exceptionally good reputation.

Just had our Sofa & Snug delivered a week ago and we were both highly delighted with them. The whole experience was brilliant. Trina the interior designer was outstanding helping us to decide what was best for us taking the time to show us all the options (thank you). The delivery men were also outstanding with their careful delivery and siting it for us. I would highly recommend Vale Furnishers at Ash Vale Brilliant

Have purchased multiple items from Vale Furnishers overs the years and they are my go to for upgrades and replacements. My Italian marble table still looks fabulous 5 years plus after purchase. You will be spoilt for choice in their impressive showroom. Latest purchase was a sofabed. Harvey was great, very informative and the whole team go above and beyond to ensure the whole sales cycle is covered. Many thanks and happy to recommend A+++++

A refreshing change to be helped by friendly and knowledgable people. We ended up going in twice before deciding to purchase anything and dealt with two different people at Value Furnishers, both of whom were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to what we were looking for and then helping us to see the various options available and get the configurations we wanted. We are delighted with the chair that we have ended up with, and would not hesitate to return when we next need some furniture. Thank you.

I was a little wary about purchasing from Vale as a recent previous experience was disappointing. However, Harvey was brilliant and helped me choose my new sofas. They are now in situ and I'm really pleased with them. They took away my old ones to go to a Phyllis Tuckwell shop along with a box of other items. What a great partnership.

We ordered some furniture and Vale Furnishings held on to it until we had finished redecorating. They were polite courteous and accommodating, just had to barter a bit on price - Delivery Guys were really careful with our newly decorated and carpeted house and even had to take the furniture apart to get it in. Needless to say they put it all together again. A big thank you to Amanda, Gavin and Sydney - we will purchase from VF again.

I was very pleased with the service I got from the beginning to the end of purchase with vale furnishing for my new bed. They all went above and beyond. The delivery drivers were so polite and took their trainers off when going in my bedroom. I would definitely recommend them to anybody thank you so much

We have purchased a number of items of furniture and also carpets over the years from Vale Furnishers and our recent purchase of a ceramic dining table and 2 leather barstools are perfect. Service was good at the store, most attentive and offer suggestions. The 2 guys that delivered the items were very helpful, clean tidy and courteous. I have recommended the store to a few friends and they have found the same service given. Also love the choice of products in the showroom.

I finally talked my husband into treating himself to a Stressless Mayfair Office Chair. We chose the colour and leather type for the chair and had to wait six weeks for manufacture and delivery. It was delivered on time and definitely worth the wait, my husband is now sitting very comfortably :). Thanks Vale Furnishers.

Staff were very helpful in our purchase, when the goods were delivered, which was on time, the guys assembled a table, and showed us how to do any adjustments that may be needed in the future.

Can't miss it if driving and the parking is excellent. Pleasant and helpful staff and delivery drivers. Most important, the two kitchen chairs I bought are so comfortable compared to my old plastic ones.

We were so pleased that we ventured out to Vale Furnishers. Rani was great in showing us what was suitable for our needs, a difficult task if you haven't seen the area where the furniture is to be situated. Armed with measurements and too many ideas she was the voice of reason. Having made our decision to buy a G plan suite from the sale, we popped back and paid in full. Our purchase was delivered within a few days and expertly sited by the delivery team. The whole experience was stressless and seamless and would recommend them to anyone looking to furnish their home. Many thanks to all the team.

We received very friendly and informative service in the shop. Delivery was on time, and the delivery men were extremely helpful in getting the 2-seater sofa into an upstairs room. This involved dismantling the sofa sides, and putting back together in the room.

A great big thank you, to the team at the Vales furnishers in Aldershot, namely Amanda in the sales team, Brenda in the delivery team and the delivery guys. Our experience from start to finish was a breath of fresh air. After 4 months of trying to source, Quality, Modern, Practical, Solid dining chairs we were at the end of our tether. We searched online, went to Harrods Calagari, Heals, FCI and many other London shops, before coming across Vale Furnishers. Honestly, we didn't hold out much hope but thought why not let's go for drive and give VF a shot. The showroom has an easy layout, a huge selection of furniture. We saw some really nice dining chairs but being so particular, nothing hit 100% mark. Amanda from sales asked. what we were looking for, we explained and said we'd checked out the showroom. Amanda took heed and within 1/2hr we were exploring the "Stressless" dining chairs, and the vast arrange of colour/fabrics. Super Dupa, Bango, we left very happy with after paying the deposit for 6x chairs. Chairs arrived on time; we were so delighted we order another 2x. Last weekend there were 8x of us for dinner but only 6x chairs, I called Amanda, expressed our urgency for the additional 2x chairs. Fabulous Barbra made a special delivery and we had them on time. Delivery guys were great as well. We got what we'd been searching for - they are real leather, they recline, comfortable when dining and sitting back after dinner having drink. From start to finish we were looked after - thank you.

We have bought a few pieces from Vale Furnishers over the past couple of years and have always had good advice and excellent service. We are very pleased with the two Boulder sofas recently purchased The delivery service and collection of the old suite was faultless. I would highly recommend Vale Furnishers.
