My wife and I visited Ash Vale Furnishers to hopefully buy a kingsize bed. On asking for some assistance on this matter we shown their bed collection by Chris. He listened to our needs and showed us several that might be of interest. We opted for a Highgrove ottoman with a Tempur mattress and pillows, Chris was happy to pull several mattresses out for us to try. The whole experience in the store was excellent, at no time did we feel hurried or under pressure to buy. Many thanks to Chris for his help and thank you to Gavin and Nathan (delivery drivers).

I would highly recommend Vale Furnishers especially Charles who went over and above to ensure we were making the right choice. Customer service was 10/10. We are delighted with our new sofa and so glad Charles helped us go for a pop of colour!

I would like to express my gratitude to you and your team. Your company is truly impressive, and I am very pleased that we were recommended to visit your store. We were amazed by the number of levels in the showroom, and the furniture is stunning and unlike anything we have seen before. We were particularly impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. We spent two hours in the store, during which we were given a tour and informed about the origin and manufacturing process of each item. We did purchase a sofa, which has since been delivered. Both gentlemen involved in the delivery were kind, polite, and took their time without rushing. The whole experience started with the staff at reception then Harvey who was exceptional who made buying our settees straight forward. The delivery men could not have been more helpful. Even the coffee good.

we were so impressed with our experience with the Ash Vale show room. The staff were attentive but not pushy which we loved. They gave us the time we needed to browse and ponder, to go away and come back the next day with our daughter to get her opinion, an to ponder some more. Ultimately we chose the most incredible sofa which we love. It's so very stylish and comfortable and brings so much warmth to our lounge. We bought the whole fabric protection package so hoping that it will stay nice for many years to come.

The whole experience of choosing and ordering our new Venjacob and Stressless furniture for our new apartment was made exceptionally easy by Trina who is very knowledgeable and patient. Everyone at Vale Furnishers is delightful to deal with and our customer service experience was "second-to-none"! The delivery guys were always on time and also well acquainted with all the products. Great service! Great products!

We recently purchased patio furniture from Vale Furnishers and have been extremely impressed with both the quality of the products and the outstanding customer service. A special mention must go to Chris Cleary, who was exceptional throughout the entire experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while guiding us around the extensive showroom. With such a large range of furniture to choose from, Chris took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered helpful advice without any pressure. The excellent service continued after our purchase. When we experienced a minor issue with our patio furniture, Chris immediately arranged for a member of the team to visit our home. The problem was resolved quickly and effectively, demonstrating a level of aftercare that is becoming increasingly rare. We genuinely cannot praise Vale Furnishers enough. Their customer service has been first-class from start to finish, and the range of furniture available is fantastic. We are also looking forward to receiving our bar stools and are confident they will be just as pleased with them as we have been with everything else. Exceptional service, excellent aftercare, and a huge selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

We bought a reclining leather chair and footstool from Vale Furnishers. I can’t fault them. We found a good sized car park, a modern, airy, light and well looked after building with good facilities, an attentive staff who offered us refreshments whilst looking. And together with the sale being completed in a simple and straightforward way, Vale's commitment to excellence was evident. We’re currently considering replacing some of our carpets and will therefore be returning.

I would just like to thank Mark for his patience with us being indecisive and taking a long time to decide exactly what we wanted and what it should look like. As you can see from the pictures they look incredible and we are both so chuffed that we made this decision.

The shop has a huge range of beautiful furniture, which makes a change from the chain stores which all seem to sell the same stuff. The staff were incredibly helpful whilst we took hours over 2 trips to pick out just the right sofa, chair and rug. We were kept well informed over lead times and delivery date. Kevin and Aaron did a great job of removing our old furniture and placing their replacements just where we wanted them. Plus they have a carpark. As ever, a fab experience.

From the first moment we arrived at Vale Furnishers we were warmly welcomed and personally shown round all floors. Rani who is one of Vales sales representatives couldn’t have done more to assist us with our choices. Rani gave us space yet was on hand to advise and give us her expert opinion. The kindness & warmth shown by Rani and her colleagues was exceptional. Never ever have we experienced such a service , even when we’d made a huge error with our order. Vale stepped up and went above & beyond to ensure our order still went through smoothly. We’ve now received our sofa plus other items and we couldn’t be more delighted. Excellent service as always even though we have moved from Surrey to Devon. Thank you Trina for your support and advice and Stuart for personally delivering our bar stools. We are delighted with our new stools which are a perfect match to our dining table and chairs. Stuart mentioned that our open plan lounge and dining area looks like a mini Vale Furnishers South West showroom! Very complimentary. Had the pleasure to get a Bucklow and Berrick Armchair from Vale in June this year. Dealt with Rani and she was excellent from start to finish, giving advice and letting me browse their extensive showroom. She explained the whole process and their excellent recycle/donate of existing sofa scheme - which I thought was great. Delivery was quick and was done with care and pride in the product. Overall exactly what I expected from Vale...highly recommended...

I bought an electric arm chair which can rise to help getting up plus several other features which assist elderly/disabled people, Ordered as I wanted a.fabric as near to my suite as possible and delivered in less than the 2 months quoted. After a week, the 1 most important feature I needed (getting up) stopped working. Phoned Vale Furniture about 9.15 am & they came in about 20 mins & got it working. 2 hours later, same fault & phoned again & they were here by about 3.30, and got it working again; 6pm stopped again. Phoned 9am next day & without hesitation they said would lend me the showroom chair & collect mine for manufacturer to deal. Delivered by noon and mine taken away, Delivered back today (just over 2 weeks), and working fine to date. I cannot speak highly enough of the way Vale F have dealt with this matter which was outside their control. Over the years, have bought a number of items and always received excellent service from them.

Returning customers at Vale Furnishers… just love this business! Range & quality are awesome, the very welcoming team who make their living at the store are memorable & want to be there! We ordered our second Harrison mattress with the bonkers but real Amanda! She was refreshingly patient… made us feel at home and we left feeling our purchase was in good hands. The usual excellent, friendly service from Charles and Trina. We took forever making a decision, sitting around testing sofas and generally getting in the way, but they were happy to leave us to it until we were happy. Delivery was a lot sooner than expected, and as smooth and trouble free as I've come to expect from Vale Furnishers team. Lovely comfortable G Plan unit. I can't ever imagine us going anywhere else for furniture and carpets!!
