Fabulous showroom. Friendly greeting from Harvey who took us straight to what we were fairly sure we wanted. We had bought 4 “Stressless” leather chairs and footstools from Vale some years ago and wan [read more]ted one more of each for our conservatory. Found the desired size and colour and order placed. Delivery arranged from stock and agreed potential removal of an existing chair if we could not sell in the intervening period. Delivery arrived spot on time with no problems. All unpacked and placed in position. Telephone contact throughout was great, keeping us informed before we needed to think about enquiring. Very happy customers and will certainly visit Vale again for our next furniture requirements. Thanks to all the team.

If you have your purchase delivered then you also experience how much the ethos of great customer service runs through the whole business.
