Just spent the past 2.5 hours at Vale Furnishers choosing and ordering bar stools and dining table and chairs. The service from Mark D was truly outstanding. Helpful without being pushy. Provided lots [read more] of alternative options in different price brackets and fully explained the products including pros and cons. We were made to feel really welcome and totally at ease. This is good old fashioned customer service which is very rare these days. Cannot wait for furniture to arrive and will definitely go to back to Vale again in the future having previously bought furniture there which is of such a high standard. Simply one of a kind.
