Excellent experience.
Purchased two Fama recliner armchairs.
Spent a good hour or so choosing the coverings and never pressured in to rushing decision.
Ordering and delivery processes easily explai [read more]ned.
Slight delay in delivery due to factory. This was clearly communicated.
Delivered on time on scheduled day. Delivery crew were polite and efficient.
This is a level of service that is not readily available with other retailers.
