I can wholeheartedly recommend Vale Furnishers based on our experience of buying a bed through them. The store is huge and there were plenty of staff on hand who were knowledgable and able to answer q [read more]uestions. We ordered in store and had delivery a few weeks afterwards. The delivery team took our old bed away and installed the new one - they were polite and speedy. The delivery team also noticed an issue with one of the drawers in the new bed and proactively organised a replacement drawer. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. They tend to sell higher quality furniture, and so can appear expensive on the surface at times, however I would absolutely say it is worth it based on our experience.

A really welcoming store.Trina was so patient and helpful over several visits while decided on a new sofa and love seat. Highly recommended for great products and excellent customer service.

We are extremely happy with our new sofas and chair, the service from start to finish was superb. Interior Designer Trina was most helpful and patient whilst we were deliberating our choice of fabric [read more]and the delivery team were excellent.
