Amazing staff, vast selection of all price ranges of furniture and the staff even brought the pieces of furniture to my parents who were struggling to walk around the enormous shop

The showroom customer service staff are beyond excellent with all the team being a pleasure to talk to and most of all, extremely helpf [read more]ul. If you have your purchase delivered then you also experience how much the ethos of great customer service runs through the whole business.

The Vale store is like an Aladin's Cave. My order was 2 Stressless recliner chairs, and a Tempur mattress. I tried the display chairs and chose the design I wanted. The mattress was a bit more difficu [read more]lt, picking the right tension, but we got there in the end. To assist me in choosing the right products was Trina. She was very knowledgeable about the products, she was also very polite, helpful and patient. Trina always kept me in the loop regarding delivery, which was a smooth operation for both items. I will certainly be going back to Vale for more items in the future.
