With Jacaranda, two similar colours can give a very different result depending on the construction beneath them. Wool, TENCEL and blended ranges vary in texture, sheen, pile depth and feel, so it is worth choosing the material and surface for the room before concentrating too closely on the exact shade.
Think about how the floor will be used as well as how you want it to look. A deep, lustrous pile creates a different effect from a flatter wool weave, and the right choice depends on the room, the level of use and the finish you want to achieve rather than one construction simply being better than another.
Our dedicated Jacaranda display at Ash Vale holds generous samples across the ranges, colours and textures. Seeing a larger area is particularly useful with neutral shades and TENCEL textures, where light and pile direction can alter how the colour appears.
Bring paint colours, fabrics, wallpaper or other room finishes if you have them. We can put the samples together and compare the differences in person rather than trying to match subtle tones from separate screens or photographs.
Jacaranda can also turn its carpet textures into made-to-measure rugs, with a choice of understated edge finishes. There are further bespoke possibilities where a project needs a particular colour, composition, shape or size.
Our flooring team can help you compare plain Jacaranda carpets, patterned Jacaranda carpets and Jacaranda rugs, or you can browse our wider carpet collection and wider rug collection.
