Connubia dining furniture at Vale

Connubia gives us a way of offering Italian dining furniture at more accessible prices alongside our Calligaris collection. The two brands have a close relationship, but Connubia generally offers simpler designs and a more focused choice of materials and finishes, helping to keep costs down.

We've deliberately selected a relatively small range of Connubia tables and chairs for our Ash Vale showroom. Rather than trying to show everything, we choose different table sizes, shapes, extension systems and chair designs to suit different rooms and budgets.

Getting the right table without paying for options you don't need

Connubia offers extending and fixed tables, including ceramic, melamine and laminate options across the range. Ceramic is particularly hard-wearing, but its higher price isn't necessary for everyone. Melamine and laminate can provide a similar appearance at a considerably lower cost.

Compared with some of the more elaborate Calligaris designs, Connubia generally offers fewer finish choices and simpler detailing. For many customers, that's a worthwhile trade-off when the table gives them the size, appearance and functionality they need.

Dining chairs that make better use of space

Some of the Connubia dining chairs we've selected are noticeably more compact than comparable models from Calligaris. A few centimetres can make a considerable difference when arranging chairs around a smaller dining table.

We also spend time choosing which chairs to display with each table, considering their proportions, leg designs and finishes. We offer selected table and chair sets at package prices, but you're not restricted to those combinations. Connubia chairs can work equally well with tables from other collections.
