Part Time Admin Assistant
Temporary to Permanent Position - Maternity Cover
Vale Furnishers is an independent furniture retailer with property interests. The business is family owned and run since 1960. We have 2 stores, one in Ash Vale and the other in Farnham.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Farnham store, on a part-time basis, to cover maternity leave 3 mornings a week.
The position will require someone with previous admin experience, who is very organised, PC literate, able to multi task and has the ability to co-ordinate appointments and maintain accurate notes.
You will be assisting the Property Manager with all day-to-day duties for the company’s property portfolio, keeping records of work carried out, diary management, liaising with our maintenance manager, tenants and letting agents both on the phone and via email.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent communication
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong self-motivation and highly organised
