I can wholeheartedly recommend Vale Furnishers based on our experience of buying a bed through them. The store is huge and there were plenty of staff on hand who were knowledgable and able to answer q [read more]uestions. We ordered in store and had delivery a few weeks afterwards. The delivery team took our old bed away and installed the new one - they were polite and speedy. The delivery team also noticed an issue with one of the drawers in the new bed and proactively organised a replacement drawer. Our experience has been excellent from start to finish. They tend to sell higher quality furniture, and so can appear expensive on the surface at times, however I would absolutely say it is worth it based on our experience.

A refreshing change to be helped by friendly and knowledgable people. We ended up going in twice before deciding to purchase anything and dealt with two different people at Value Furnishers, both of w [read more]hom were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to what we were looking for and then helping us to see the various options available and get the configurations we wanted.
We are delighted with the chair that we have ended up with, and would not hesitate to return when we next need some furniture. Thank you.

We moved house this year and my one must have was a really nice new sofa. From browsing the show room in Ash Vale to final delivery, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I couldn't be happier [read more]with Gerald (that's my sofa) and the huge footstool that doubles as a chaise if needed. My granddaughter loves the additional soft cushions.The delivery guys (aka zizi top), drove all the way to Dorset and installed Gerald. It was the final piece of the jigsaw. Well done team Vale Furnishings!
