We visited the Ash showroom just for a look as we were after something very specific. On arrival we were met by the lovely, friendly Alan who after explaining what we wanted immediately said 'follow m [read more]e'. To our surprise, he had in the showroom the exact chair we were after. Not only that but a matching sofa. After spending a long time in the showroom discussing options and trying the furniture to get a real feel, we made our purchase. Alan explained everything to us, nothing was too much trouble and you could really tell he puts customers first and listens to your requirements, not your typical salesman!!
When it came to the delivery, to our surprise it was a week earlier than anticipated which was great. The delivery guys Kevin & Aaron were so polite and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything.
We will certainly be ordering from here again!

This was our second purchase from Vale Furnishers and it is our go to store whenever we need furniture now.
On both occasions we were very well looked after by Alan who did us a great deal with no pr [read more]essure.
Our 2 new Watson swivel chairs are really comfortable and despite being warned that there was a long lead time on them we were happy to wait for the right product.
The delivery guys were excellent and I love that they will also take our used furniture to offer to Phyllis Tuckwell as I don't like anything to go to waste.

Our new Otto sofas are excellent! We ordered a 2.5 sofa, a cuddler and an accent chair. All are extremely comfortable, look very stylish and suit the room beautifully. Vale Furnishers are our go-to sh [read more]owroom for furniture, they never disappoint. Their service is second to none. Friendly knowledgable staff, wide range of styles, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. Many thanks to Steve for making the shopping experience a very satisfying one.
